Stay Mentally Healthy Bridgnorth Hub
The Bridgnorth Hub Café is open every Wednesday 3-5pm from 2nd October!
The Bridgnorth SMH Hub provides a free café, drop-in service, and a range of free training events and consulting services to help children, young people, adults and families stay mentally healthy. Some external services require payment (funding maybe available), if payment is required this is stated clearly next to the event or service listed.
Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Café
The SMH Café offers a place to meet and mingle with free tea, coffee, and biscuits where supportive volunteers are available to answer questions about our services, events, and volunteering. The SMH Drop-in service is also available at the café.
Simply turn up no booking is required.

Our qualified consultants are available to discuss your needs and help you create a personalised 'Stay Mentally Healthy Programme' to achieve your mental health goals.
Simply turn up no booking required, this service is operated on a first come first serve basis.
Open Friday 10 a.m. - 12 noon.

Our qualified consultants are available for 1-1 SEJ consultations and to discuss your needs. Booking is essential.
Open Monday - Saturday.
