'Stay Mentally Healthy' Campaign...
With over 25 years’ experience empowering individuals with the SEJ Process to ‘stay mentally healthy’.
Our Partners
In collaboration with our partners, we identify innovative approaches in supporting and using the SEJ services. Our partners contribute through various means, such as fundraising, sponsorship, in-kind services, and promoting awareness of the campaign. Each of these initiatives plays a vital role in our mission to assist anyone experiencing mental health challenges.
Kingston University
Dr. Mariko Howard-Kishi is at the forefront of our efforts to prove the SEJ Process training’s efficacy in education and for a wider audience. Her role at Kingston University involves working closely with the research team and research participants, collating and reviewing data, and submitting research for publication. With her wealth of experience as an educator and researcher, Mariko actively seeks opportunities to network and advocate for the SMH campaign, and SEJ training as an effective preventative mental health strategy.
Mariko says...
"I am a university educator and have been a practitioner of the SEJ Process (as an integral part of the SSPP and SMH programme in education) for several years, both personally and professionally. As a scientist, I investigate the impact and effectiveness of the SEJ Process working in collaboration with the SEJ business, and have published research.
Kershaw's Sandwich Shop & Café
Jo, the owner of Kershaw's Sandwich Shop & Café generously offers her café as an in-kind service for the Bridgnorth Stay Mentally Healthy Hub Café.
This important space allows the local community to reach out to us as an initial point of contact for mental health support. Additionally, it provides opportunities for the community to volunteer and develop skills that prepare them for employment.
Newcastle University
Working with 'United Engineering Talks' at Newcastle University bringing awareness to the SEJ Process as a guided self-help process of personal empowerment.
Delivered through an exciting new podcast discussing minority experiences in engineering, and how we can improve the industry.
