What can I expect from an appointment?


At your appointment you will meet with one of our expert and certified SEJ Consultants who employ a self-help, self-enquiry process called the Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ) Process. This simple yet highly effective approach is evidence-based and accredited. The appointments are aimed at promoting personal empowerment in all life areas, addressing your concerns and difficult life situations, enabling you to stay mentally healthy and achieve your true potential.

Our Consultants will work with you online or in-person to tackle any distressing issues, guiding you towards a state of ease and empowerment.
