About the event

Transform Workplace Wellbeing

A 6-week self-help course for small business teams

Work pressure doesn’t stay at work, and life pressure doesn’t stay at home. Deadlines, change, money worries, relationships, loss and low confidence all affect how people feel, think and perform. In a small business, when one person is struggling, everyone feels it.

This course gives your team a practical self-help method they can use every day: in the middle of a busy shift, before a difficult conversation, or when things outside work start to spill in. It’s delivered online over six weeks, so people can learn in their own time without taking days off.

How it works

  • Live on-line training  for one hour every Sunday
