About the event

Our Wellbeing Assessments


As part of the Stay Mentally Healthy initiative, you have the option to schedule an online or in-person Wellbeing Assessment. During this session, you can consult with one of our SEJ Consultants, who will assist you in developing a Wellbeing Plan customized to your specific needs.


Our Facilitators will work with you to create a Wellbeing Plan which can help you to:

  • Find purpose and direction

  • Address money worries

  • Gain support with relationship issues
