This healing and meditation group provides an opportunity to:

  1. Practice self-enquiry using the SEJ Process to question your limiting and stressful thoughts.

  2. Self-enquire into all areas of life including purpose, direction, finances, relationships, health and more. Find the blocks and remove them for an abundant and joyful life.

  3. Discover ways to relax and heal through meditation. We will peel back the years of accumulated personality through meditation and mantras to find your true nature and highest potential.

It is recommend you learn the SEJ Process prior to attending this event, although it is not essential.
