The Hub Café offers a vibrant and uplifting community space open every Wednesday between 3-5 pm. It provides a safe place to come and socialise, speak with our volunteers about our training events and services, get your free wellbeing plan, and stay for a complimentary tea and coffee!

About the event

At the Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Hub you can either join us in the Stay Mentally Healthy Café or Event Room for our 'Open Event'

Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Café - free service

You can pop into our free SMH Café for free tea and coffee, where a place is provided for you to meet and mingle. You can also ask our lovely volunteers questions about our training and services and visit the drop-in service to get your free wellbeing plan. Simply turn up no booking is required.
