1-1 SEJ Consultations

What can I expect from a SEJ Consultation?

Our expert and certified SEJ Consultants employ a self-enquiry process called the Self Empowerment Journey (SEJ). This simple yet highly effective approach is backed by research and accredited, aimed at promoting personal empowerment in all life areas, addressing concerns to help you achieve your true potential. Our Consultants will work with you online or in-person to tackle any distressing issues, guiding you towards a state of ease and empowerment.

How many sessions will I need?

Generally, individuals need only 1-3 sessions, as the self-enquiry nature of the process produces immediate results. In fact, 84 out of 98 participants reported significant physiological and psychological benefits after the first session, with 90% achieving empowerment after just one session.

Who do you work with?

Our consultants assist children, young people, adults, couples, and families. All consultants working with children have Enhanced DBS Checks.

How much does a consultation cost and where do I book?

You can schedule your consultation through your local or virtual Stay Mentally Healthy (SMH) Hub where you can choose your payment amount, we operate a 'Pay What You Want' ( PWYW) booking service. Private paid for consultations are also available upon request via the Hubs, alternatively you can email here to book your private appointment.
